Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers handling, inspection, and administrative costs.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted if the item is:

  • Faulty or defective
  • Significantly different from the description
  • Not fit for purpose
  • Delivered incorrectly

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. We recommend using tracked postage, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
