Shipping Policy

Courier Services
We ship using Sendle or Australia Post, depending on which service is best suited to your local area. All parcels include standard tracking and are sent with Authority to Leave, allowing the courier to leave your parcel in a safe, accessible location if you’re not home.

Dispatch & Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched and tracking details provided, responsibility for the item transfers to the courier company. We are not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party carriers after dispatch. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this transfer of responsibility.

Insurance Coverage
Standard shipping includes default insurance coverage of up to $100. If your item exceeds this value and you would like additional coverage, please contact us prior to purchase to arrange upgraded insurance at your expense.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
In the event of a lost or delayed parcel, we will assist with lodging an inquiry with the courier. However, we are not responsible for reimbursement beyond the courier’s insured amount unless additional coverage was arranged before dispatch.

This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and Consumer Affairs Victoria.
